Ms. Jamrich has advised on matters such as electronic data retention policies, wiretapping laws, employment agreements, product liability warnings, and contract formation.

Significant recent experience includes:

Represented an Inc. 500 Company concerning trade secret theft, copyright infringement, fraud, conspiracy to defraud, defamation, and breach of contract claims originally filed in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and later dismissed and filed with AAA.

Represented a leading manufacturer of LCD flat panel computer monitors in prosecuting false advertising, product disparagement, and Lanham Act claims against a competitor in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Represented a laptop computer manufacturer in a nationwide class action lawsuit concerning deceptive trade practices, claims of misrepresentation, and breach of contract brought in the District Court of Harris County, Texas.

Represented a leading electronics manufacturer involving potential claims arising from the use of a celebrity's image in advertising. Potential claims included right of publicity, unfair competition, unfair business practices, false advertising, emotional distress, and Lanham Act claims.

Represented an international cargo shipper in a breach of contract lawsuit concerning shipment of machinery from England to the United States. Case was removed to U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Represented a developer of a golf course community concerning racketeering claims filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and in two cases in District Court of Eagle County, Colorado.
